What We Do

Marine Security Guards serve throughout the world to ensure the safety of Diplomatic Missions to conduct diplomacy abroad in a safe environment. MSGs prepare to execute plans for the protection of the mission and its personnel as directed by the Chief of Mission or Principal Officer through the Regional Security Officer.

Application Process

The application process consists of four phases. The first two phases can be completed by all eligible applicants and the next two steps can only be completed by qualified applicants. Marines may attend a Recruitment, Advertising and Screening Team (RAST) Brief for more information before beginning the application. If you encounter any problems satisfying any of the listed requirement, please contact the 📧 Marine Security Guard Screening Team as soon as possible.
