Thanksgiving Luncheon 2014

1 Dec 2014 | Peterson Capt William C Marine Corps Embassy Security Group

On Tuesday, November 25th, the Marine Corps Embassy Security Group (MCESG) personnel hosted a Thanksgiving luncheon that was, in part catered and in part potlucked.

Many thanks and appreciation goes out to everyone who contributed to this effort to make it a great meal and time to enjoy the camaraderie of fellow MCESG personnel.

A special thanks to the family members who support their Marines on a daily basis.  Because of you, these Marines were able to enjoy a warm home-cooked meal and take time to relax and enjoy time with their fellow Marines.

In addition to the food, was a football themed table decoration contest in which sections decorated tables in hopes of winning the most creative and best designed table decorations.  The winner this year was Marine Security Augmentation Unit (MSAU) with their Alabama-Auburn rivalry themed decorations.

We look forward to having many more great activities for the Marines and their families in the very near future to continue to build a strong relationship within the command.
