Lieutenant Colonel Lynn Stow
Region 1 Eastern Europe and Eurasia

Lieutenant Colonel Stow was born on 23 August 1986 in La Palma, California. She graduated from Schreiner University located in Kerrville, TX in May 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. After graduating from Officer Candidates School (OCS), The Basic School, and Financial Management School, she was assigned the Primary Military Occupational Specialty of 3404/Financial Management Officer.

In September 2009, Second Lieutenant Stow was assigned to United States Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) in Camp Lejeune, NC and served as the Fiscal Officer and Headquarters Company Executive Officer. In August 2011, First Lieutenant Stow was assigned as a Cultural Support Team Leader and deployed with Special Operations Task Force-81, 1st Marine Special Operations Battalion in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM in January 2012.

In October 2012, Captain Stow was assigned to 4th Recruit Training Battalion, Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island, SC, where she served as a Series Commander, Company Executive Officer, and Company Commander. From July 2015 to July 2016, Captain Stow was a student at Resident Expeditionary Warfare School in Quantico, VA.

Upon completion of school, Captain Stow served as a Platoon Commander for OCS from May to August 2016. In August 2016, Captain Stow was assigned to Regional Disbursing Office-West (RDO-W), 1st Marine Logistics Group and served as the Operations Officer. Throughout the remainder of her time with RDO-W, Major Stow served as the Assistant Disbursing Officer and Disbursing Officer.

In July 2019, Major Stow was assigned to 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, MCRD San Diego, CA, where she served as the Battalion Executive Officer. In May 2020, she served as the Director of Drill Instructor School. From August 2021 to June 2022, Major Stow attended Resident Command and Staff College at Marine Corps University.

Upon graduation, she served as a Company Commander at OCS from June to August 2022. In September 2022, Major Stow was assigned to Programs and Resources (P&R) and served as the Deputy for Budget and Congressional Coordination Branch until May 2023. In May 2023, Lieutenant Colonel Stow was reassigned within P&R and served as the Deputy for Resources Fiscal Finance Branch.

LtCol Stow was then transferred to MCESG Region 1, Frankfurt, Germany in June 2024 and assumed the duties as the Region 1 Commanding Officer.

Lieutenant Colonel Stow's personal decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal with two gold stars in lieu of third award, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and Combat Action Ribbon.
